Frequently asked questions from agencies and web designers
Registration as a Smarda partner is free and non-binding. Smarda immediately approves your Smarda Partner account, provided your business activity as an agency, web designer, or marketing professional meets the required Smarda reseller criteria. You then get free access to the entire system and can start creating online projects right away. So there are generally no costs for you. If you buy subscriptions for your client projects, you also get them at a 20% discount and can resell them to your clients at a markup.
You can prepare new websites and online stores for up to six months free of charge. A paid subscription is required no later than when this setup period ends, when you create a client login, or when you go live. If you still don't want to buy a subscription after six months, the project will be "frozen" until a subscription is purchased.
As a reseller, you create and manage client projects in the agency dashboard and purchase subscriptions at 20% lower prices. You set your own selling prices. As an affiliate, you refer Smarda using your personal link and receive 50% commission on subscription costs in the first year. Billing is handled directly between Smarda and the client.
Smarda can be used as a whitelabel CMS if desired. You remain the main point of contact, while the platform handles operations, maintenance, and further development in the background.

Yes. A project can be transferred to a client or another agency. The entire project lifecycle stays in one system.
Absolutely! Registered partners can also use Smarda for their own website free of charge, with the features included in the Smart subscription, subject to the specified partner terms. There are a few criteria you must meet as a Smarda partner (e.g., displaying the Smarda Partner badge on your website).
