Former marketplace pharmacies (unsere-apotheken.at) receive the standard store free of charge. No additional funding is granted by the Pharmacists' Association.
The monthly costs apply to 12-month billing and commitment. After the first 12 months, monthly billing with a monthly commitment is also possible. The running costs increase by approx. 25 % with monthly commitment.
CSV import service for products
Smarda can transfer CSV product data to the store on request. The CSV file must be imported according to instructions be prepared. Smarda checks the data entered, makes any necessary adjustments or coordinates the corrections with the agency until the import is successful. A flat rate of € 300 net is charged for each import file.

Set up barrier-free design at a later date
If your store has not yet been created with the certified accessible templates (before August 2024) or you have not made the individual design accessible yourself, we can offer you a design revision service. The following design measures will be taken
- Adjustment of color contrasts (change main colors if necessary)
- Adjustment of font sizes for the quantity texts
- Add contrast switch for banner/slider texts
- Focus for forms
- Switch on AI text automation for image alternative texts
- Add page sitemap + accessibility statement
Depending on the initial situation of your store design, we can offer this effort from € 300,- net, if you do not want to make these adjustments yourself.
Surcharge for website integration
It is possible to integrate the pharmacy website into the Smarda pharmacy store. Website integration for the BASIC variant is possible at no extra charge. The integration of the ADVANCED website variant requires a surcharge of € 500,- net, for the PREMIUM variant a surcharge of € 1.500,- net.
