To do so, a few requirements must be met in line with the fair use principle:
1. professional partner appearance
The website that the Smarda partner sets up for its own advertising should meet all the criteria of a professional website. This website is the figurehead of the partner, but also for Smarda. The offer on the website should essentially relate to services relating to web design, e-commerce or online marketing, whereby website creation should in any case be part of the offer.
2 Smarda branding and partner logo
The website must contain the Smarda branding including a link to smarda.com. This is already prepared in the Smarda templates, the exact design is the responsibility of the partner. The official Smarda partner logo should also be used.
3 Smarda presentation page
A separate subpage must be set up on the partner website to present the Smarda offer. Smarda provides a content template for this (see below). The partner is welcome to incorporate this into their own website or to design it with similar content. There should be no limits to creativity.
Fair Use Agreement
This offer on the part of Smarda is to be understood as a fair use agreement and is intended for Smarda and the partner to support each other in selling. Smarda assumes the positive intentions of the partner to use the free website offer for this purpose and reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time if this intention is no longer recognizable due to poor execution of the website in terms of the requirements.
