What does Smarda cost?

The use of Smarda is free of charge for registered partners. They can create stores and websites at any time in trial mode for a period of 6 months and design their own templates. Only when you put a project live or set up a user account for your customer will the store or website be subject to a charge. Smarda offers purchase prices with special conditions. As a partner, you receive the website system at a purchase price of just 15 euros net per month, while the basic store system costs 20 euros net per month. You can set your own sales prices and sales commissions. As a registered Smarda partner, you can find out all the purchase prices for the range of functions.

Are Smarda stores GDPR-compliant?

Unlike many other providers, Smarda comes from Europe and is operated on European servers. We pay particular attention to ensuring that Smarda complies with all legal requirements.

Can I link my newsletter system to Smarda?

Smarda offers connections to the following systems: Mailchimp, Cleverreach, Brevo or Newsletter2Go.

Can I create multilingual stores with Smarda?

Yes, Smarda is multilingual by design. You don't need any plugins for this, simply add additional languages.

How can the products be brought to Google Shopping?

Smarda automatically generates a feed from your products, which you can store in the Google Google Merchant Center and the products are automatically displayed on Google Shopping.

Can I connect my Facebook store?

Yes, you can easily get the products from Smarda into your Facebook store. These are then automatically updated there.

Does Smarda support price comparison platforms?

Yes. You can easily browse Smarda products on platforms such as Idealo, billiger.de, Geizhals etc. and keep the prices there up to date.

How does Smarda enable accessible online stores?

The new WCAG 2.2 guideline (Level AA) was developed for accessible online stores and websites, which will also be mandatory for many websites throughout the EU from mid-2025. This involves, for example, clearly visible and focusable interactive elements, support for keyboard control and screen readers, but also design and content aspects such as sufficient color contrasts and font sizes, labeled buttons and form fields and the description of images and videos. Do I pay transaction fees with Smarda?

No, Smarda does not charge any fees for orders or payments. Only the costs of the respective payment provider are charged.

Can I sell configurable products with Smarda?

Yes, Smarda has an integrated product configurator function. The retailer can determine what can be configured and the buyer can dynamically put together their desired products.

Is Smarda suitable for digital products?

Yes, Smarda makes it easy to sell digital products such as e-books, which are automatically sent to the customer after successful payment.

Does Smarda also take care of hosting and domains?

Of course! Your stores are all created and hosted directly in the Smarda system. The 20 euros net for the basic store system already includes hosting with SSL encryption, maintenance and regular updates. You can also register your domains directly via Smarda, although the domain costs have to be paid separately.

Can I also create websites with Smarda?

A powerful page editor is integrated into the store system, which you can use to create and layout any number of pages. This means you can also create an entire website with or without store functions.

Can I create stores without any programming knowledge?

Yes and yes again! And we're not talking about a simple standard construction kit with a few ready-made templates and basic functions, but professional e-commerce solutions: Individual styling, SEO tools, B2B, configurator, customizable gift vouchers, multilingualism, shipping labels, filters and much more. - all absolutely easy to set up with just a few mouse clicks! How are payment providers or shipping partners integrated?

No need to negotiate, phone or install and maintain connections!

How does support work at Smarda?

The support for Smarda partners is absolutely unique. We personally assist our reseller agencies and advise and support them with all questions regarding design, functions and calculation. But that's not all: the Smarda team even takes on implementation work that you don't want to do yourself - such as setting up legal texts, payment providers, tax rates, shipping conditions, product photography and much more.
